We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance Shared Services to lead our finance operations, ensuring the efficient and effective management of financial processes and resources. The successful candidate will oversee the Finance Shared Services team, responsible for managing financial transactions, accounting, and reporting. This role requires a strong financial acumen, leadership skills, focus on processes optimization through digitization and contributing to the financial health and growth of the organization.

Finance Shared Services Management:

• Lead and mentor the Finance Shared Services team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, consolidation and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Oversee timely and accurate MIS reporting and ensure strict compliance to statutory reporting of financial statements within the stipulated timelines.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory Frame works and IFRS.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk.
• Work with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits.

Fellow Member of ICAP/ICMAP, professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) will be a plus. Proven track record and experience in financial leadership roles, having at least 20 years of experience in MNC or large manufacturing group environment.
