Qualtrics is looking for a Head of Finance Shared Services, Mexico to oversee all the performance of all functions placed in our Mexico Shared Services Center with an emphasis on Finance. These functions currently include billing, cash collections, employee reimbursements, and accounts payable and procurement. This role will manage a team of 3-4 managers and a total organization size of 50 employees who execute our day to day operations. They will own the performance and accuracy of all work performed by the Shared Services Center and strive to improve gaps and inefficiencies across current processes, systems and operations.
This leader will be a strong partner to Qualtrics stakeholders such as Sales, Services, Renewals, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Business Applications. They will love having a diverse set of responsibilities, and the ability to pivot quickly between various functions as business needs or weaknesses are identified. They will be extremely collaborative in finding solutions that work for both the financial/accounting/reporting needs of the company, as well as the needs of sales, vendors and customers. Most importantly this leader will have a mindset of scale to allow our Shared Services Center, and the processes they execute, to keep up with the rapid growth at Qualtrics.
How You’ll Find Success
- Provide strategic leadership to the overall Mexico Shared Services Center of 50-100 employees
- Assist in the planning for and migrating of new functions to the SSC,Represent the needs for the new CDMX based SSC to all of Qualtrics and it’s leadership
- Oversee the quality, performance and employee experience of the SSC Mexico office
- Continue to strategize and hone the overall structure of the Shared Services organization

Things You’ll Do
- Ensure infrastructure is set to execute on all processes
- Set quarterly and annual strategies to hit all KPI’s and SLA’s
- Track & analyze KPI’s to identify weak points in current processes
- Work collaboratively to build new processes
- Vet and propose new technologies to improve any process under the SSC
- 10+ Years experience in Operations, Finance/Accounting, or Consulting
- 5+ Years experience in people management
- 2+ Years managing a Shared Services Center
- Ability to scale our processes through technology and automations as Qualtrics growth continues to accelerate
- Passion for extracting, monitoring and using data in all decisions
- Ability to identify process weaknesses and suggest strategic improvements
- Experience with enterprise business applications such at Netsuite, Salesforce, Coupa, Concur, and middleware (pipeline) technologies
- In depth knowledge of specific finance functions such as Cash Collections or Accounts Payable preferred
- Ability to document & communicate complex processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills including escalation management
- Deep understanding of KPI’s to drive excellent performance
- Ability to build and sustain Qualtrics culture in a new region
- Work a global shift with strong crossover during US hours
