We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance Transformation to lead the setup of a Shared Services Center for our client, a PE backed buy & build.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing the structure, processes, and systems necessary to optimize our finance operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for establishing the Shared Services Center, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Lead the design and implementation of standardized finance processes and procedures to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of finance systems and tools to support the operations of the Shared Services Center.
• Build and manage a high-performing team to operate the Shared Services Center, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the Shared Services model.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize finance operations and enhance service delivery.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of the Shared Services Center.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of the finance transformation initiative.
