Are you an experienced financial leader who is ready for a new challenge? XXImo is looking for a driven Head of Financial Accounting to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial administration and ensure clear and reliable financial reporting.

• Leading and developing your team.
• Oversee the accounting and implementation of shared service center agreements.
• Preparing and consolidating financial reports, in compliance with regulations.
• Reporting to De Nederlandsche Bank and protection of customer funds.
• Overseeing tax returns and collaborating with tax advisors.
• Managing cash flows and ensuring sufficient liquidity.
• Developing and implementing internal controls.
• Collaborate with the product team to optimize financial processes.

• A university degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Good knowledge of VAT.
• A flexible mindset and the ability to function in a rapidly changing environment.
