• Strategic Collaboration: Act as the key liaison with the headquarters, aligning SSC activities with global objectives.

• Proven track record in managing and scaling SSCs or similar operations.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, adept in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in process optimization, particularly in finance.
• Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
