In this role, you will lead and develop a team of finance process and system specialists, focusing on enhancing global financial processes. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Finance & Accounting (F&A), you will be an integral member of the Global F&A leadership team, which includes eight members.

Finance Systems Management

  • Lead the change in optimizing and maintaining our finance systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Manage the complete finance digital product roadmap, delivery, value realization and cost savings.

Process Optimisation and Standardisation

  • Continuously improve financial processes with the team and FSS.
  • Develop and implement standardised financial procedures across entities.
  • Align global financial process with our strategy goals and ensure thorough documentation.

Technology and Innovation

  • Design and drive implementation of software and tools to enhance efficiency incl. support for ERP system implementation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Lead automation and digitalization initiatives to automate, including AI and Microsoft Copilot.

Project Participation and Management

  • Participate in cross-functional projects, providing financial insight.
  • Ensure team adherence to Quality Systems incl. Test Management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet finance requirements and achieve deliverables.
  • Significant experience in Finance, with a strong understanding of Global Finance Process models
  • Extensive experience in multinational environments, with expertise in Change Management.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Participated in transformational projects involving finance business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel) and ideally also experience with implementation of ERP systems
  • Strong business acumen leveraging existing and new process design by highly effective and collaborative mindset when engaging with LoB and other supporting functions
  • Successfully leverage technologies to gain process efficiencies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strong prioritization, cultural awareness, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
