• Management and coordination of the accounting team for several companies
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS
• Ensuring all tax aspects – advance sales tax returns, ZM reports
• Establishment and further development of a uniform shared service structure for the areas of purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report
• Digitalization, automation and optimization of accounting processes
• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management
• Direct contact person for auditors and group functional management
• Management of specialist special projects in the area of ​​accounting

• Completed studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance and controlling
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector
• Sound knowledge of accounting, controlling and financial management
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proficient in German and English
