A recruiter is seeking a Head of Group Privacy Governance (m/f/d)
- Managing the department of Group Privacy Governance with professional und disciplinary leadership of employees
- Design, development and roll-out of the vehicle Privacy Management System and its subsidiaries in line with international privacy laws
- Ensuring the development of elementary process requirements for privacy (group-wide and international) and supporting advice during implementation
- Process implementation and advice on international privacy data flows (in line with local legal requirements) as well as process design for international privacy product compliance
- Ensuring the privacy monitoring and privacy risk management function for the organisation and implementing of trainings and communication activities
- Ensuring overall privacy process standards and designing interfaces to cyber-security, information security and data governance
- Planning, controlling und monitoring of the companies privacy governance and establish shared services
- Development of an data ethic framework and integrate it to the vehicle Privacy Management System
- Draft, Plan and operate privacy audits
- Further development and support advice on concepts for privacy engineering
- Privacy reporting (for example conceptional work, implementation & monitoring of reporting dashboards)
- Support of the Chief Privacy Officer by his tasks in advising, monitoring and training
- Successfully completed studies in law, economics, (economics)- information technology, or Bachelor/Master of science or similar
- At least 7 years of professional experience
- Disciplinary or professional leadership experience of employees & excellent leadership skills
- Substantial knowledge in new technologies (for example Big data, AI, cloud), digital mindset
- Very good team and conflict management skills
- Preferably additional technical or legal qualifications in privacy
- Preferably substantial knowledge in privacy, legal or compliance with a large company (for example in the field of automotive, software) or a law firm/accounting firm with focus on privacy
