- You lead and develop a team at several locations both disciplinarily and professionally
- You form the central interface between the group’s HR and IT domains
- You combine business requirements with innovative technologies to improve the employee experience and create cost-effective solutions
- You know the trends in the market and design IT innovations in order to constantly optimize our products, projects and processes
- You ensure the successful implementation and further development of the HR IT strategy
