A global corporation and manufacturing company, unique in Austria, is looking for an addition to its management team. As Head of HR Operations (m/f/d), you are responsible for the strategic direction and continuous development of the HR Shared Service Center and, together with your experienced team, handle the billing and administration of 3,000 employees. From the Tulln location, you will act as a contact person for managing directors and play a significant role in strategically driving forward the HR Operations area.

• Ensuring precise and efficient payroll accounting for several very different organizational units and companies (HQs, sales, production) in Austria
• Definition of KPIs for ongoing process optimization and to create measurable added value
• Creative optimization and further development of HR systems as well as design of organizational and content-related change in the HR operations department
• Harmonize operational processes to create synergies and maximize effectiveness
• Main contact person for internal stakeholders and proactive collaboration with works council and HR departments
• Driving force in the digitalization and modernization of HR processes
• Continuously improving service quality and adhering to all compliance guidelines
• Leading the Payroll and Administration team to create an inspiring environment in which employees can develop their full potential

• Many years of experience in HR operations as well as in a management position
• Experience in the conception and implementation of system and process improvements as well as change management
• Good MS Office knowledge and experience with systems such as Workday or SAP
• An affinity for numbers and an eye for details
• Personal responsibility, team spirit and enthusiasm for change
• Communicative, structured and convincing personality with negotiating skills
