• In your role, you will lead the HR Operations department and supervise two teams at the Frankfurt and Stuttgart locations with a total of 12 employees
• You are responsible for carrying out payroll accounting with your team
• You support the further development of the HR Shared Service Center and optimize the processes
• You work closely with the business partners and the talent acquisition team
• The responsibility for HR controlling also lies in your hands.
• You are available to the management as a contact person for all billing-related matters

• You have completed a degree or commercial training
• She has several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• You have several years of management experience and have gained project experience in the introduction of HR-specific IT systems
• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM or another accounting system
