On behalf of our client, a technical service provider based in Frankfurt, we are looking for you as Head of HR Shared Service (m/f/d).
- Responsibility for the implementation of all operational HR processes
- Disciplinary management of a team of human resources officers
- Advising managers on employment law issues
- Implementation of all operational HR processes
- Cooperation with payroll accounting taking into account legal, contractual and collective agreement regulations
- Trustful cooperation with employee representatives
- Project management for internal HR projects
- A completed degree with a focus on human resources
- Several years of professional experience, at least 5 years, as an HR generalist and initial experience in a management role
- Very good knowledge of labour law as well as social and works constitution law
- Communication and teamwork skills
