  • Leadership and ownership of all people processes, seeking to improve and develop new efficiencies where possible.
  • Staff management of all Operations headcount within the HR team.
  • Strategic leadership of the Payroll operation of the business.
  • Management of the full administrative side of all employee lifecycle events.
  • Responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of business HRIS practices and further automation where possible.
  • Leadership of all onboarding, induction and associated administrative processes.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 4 years (preferred)
