As the Global Head of HR Shared Services and Operations, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of HR shared services and operational strategies globally. Your role is critical in ensuring an optimal employee experience, streamlining processes, managing people data and analytics, and driving continuous improvement through automation.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a global HR shared services strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Provide leadership in establishing policies, processes, and frameworks to optimize HR service delivery.

 Operational Excellence:

• Implement best practices and standardize processes globally to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for streamlining and standardizing people processes.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a global team responsible for HR shared services.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure team effectiveness, professional growth, and alignment with organizational goals.

Technology and Innovation:

• Evaluate, select, and implement HR technologies to automate processes and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in HR technology.

Metrics and Analytics:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR shared services effectiveness.
• Analyze data for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Governance:

• Ensure HR operations comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Implement governance frameworks to maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and security.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, senior leadership, and stakeholders to align HR services with business needs.

Change Management: 

• Lead change initiatives related to HR process enhancements, technology implementations, and organizational transformations.
• Drive adoption and manage change effectively across the organization.

Data Analytics & Reporting: 

• Utilize people data and analytics to generate insights and identify trends.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate People metrics and performance indicators to leadership.

• 10+ years of progressive global experience in HR shared services or related functions.
• Proven track record as a Head of People in Shared Services or People Ops teams in a global role.
• Experience leading and managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and technologies.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies (Strong process optimization and efficiency mindset).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable with data and experience in HR data analytics.
• Experience in managing payroll operations.
• Proficient in people technology and data-driven decision-making.
• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience in rolling out HRIS systems.
