- Translate the Group’s Shared Service Center strategies into actionable tasks, effectively communicating objectives to the team, and empowering team members to deliver high-quality HR services.
- Assign tasks among team members, ensuring equitable distribution and efficient completion of work. Foster strong team partnerships to promote stability and harmony within the regional HR shared services center.
- Develop work schedules and plans aligned with project or task requirements, ensuring adherence and timely execution by team members.
- Supervise task execution to maintain high standards of quality and monitor progress to meet business expectations for HR service delivery.
- Conduct performance management activities, including providing feedback, evaluating performance, and enhancing team members’ skills to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Organize regular meetings and prepare reports to track progress, ensure alignment with business objectives, and facilitate continuous improvement of HR service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Five or more years of relevant work experience, including experience in data operations, maintenance management, payroll calculation, and shared services team management.
- Proficient in HR management systems (WorkDay is preferred) and knowledgeable about labor laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with Workday and other HR-related systems, especially payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Strong aptitude for systematic learning and adaptation to new technologies and processes.
- Demonstrated ability in team management and/or project management.
