- You are responsible for the operational management and development of a department of over 30 employees and lead four team leaders directly
- You work closely with key people from various business areas to revolutionize HR controlling, change processes, all administrative activities in the employee journey as well as HR projects and processes
- You will play a key role in the rollout of the new HR system SAP SuccessFactors, including the associated follow-up activities, and contribute to the sustainable transformation of the company
- You will ensure the smooth and effective running of operational and administrative activities within the department
- You are responsible for the continuous development of methodological and procedural standards and services as well as for digitalization in the department
- You will lead further projects in the area of HR Shared Services
- You have successfully completed a degree (university/university of applied sciences/cooperative state) in economics with a focus on human resources or IT or a comparable qualification
- You have solid management experience within a global company with a matrix structure
- You are characterized by comprehensive knowledge of HR systems, especially HCM systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and shine through your digital competence
- You have practical experience in project and process management as well as in the digitalization of HR processes in a global context
- You have business-fluent written and spoken German and English skills as well as a high level of analytical skills
- You score points through a high level of judgement as well as solution-oriented and constructive communication
