As Head of HR Shared Services, you will build & lead a team that manages HR operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring efficient service delivery, spearheading process improvements, and integrating technology solutions to drive performance.
- Ensure a strong team dynamic, and promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, and foster continuous improvement by encouraging innovative thinking.
- Identify opportunities to optimise efficient & effective HR process.
- Employee lifecycle management including benefits administration.
- Develop SLAs to ensure consistent HR service standards across the organisation.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement solutions that enhance accuracy, reduce errors, and improve employee satisfaction.
- Work closely with others to align HR service delivery with strategic goals.
- Leverage HRIS and other HR technologies to streamline workflows, staying one step ahead of the latest HR technologies and recommending solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legal requirements, and ensure compliance across HR services.
- Serve as a champion for employee satisfaction and engagement by providing excellent HR service.
