Reporting directly to the Head of International HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all HR and Payroll functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and payroll administration.
- Develop and implement HR and Payroll policies, procedures, and best practice.
- Lead all HR and Payroll activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and payroll administration.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the HR and Payroll departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage performance of the team, and support individual staff members in developing their skills and capabilities.
- Ensure all HR and Payroll processes are compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Analyse HR and Payroll metrics and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Proven experience leading HR and Payroll functions.
- Previous experience of using SAP.
- Knowledge of relevant HR and Payroll legislation and regulations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency with HR and Payroll systems and software.
- Ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
