The Head of HR Solutions GBS is responsible for defining and overseeing the group-level and local-level strategy and operating model of the HR Solutions team, resource allocation and optimization, as well as team performance management. The Head of HR Solutions GBS coordinates, optimizes, and develops HR Operations and HR Support Services in Hungary and the local delivery team in Slovakia. Additionally, this role provides regional coordination and management as needed and collaborates closely with Group and Local HR leaders to establish and maintain operations that support high levels of customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
- Define and Implement HR Solution Strategy- This includes leading HR Operations and various HR services provided by HR Solutions teams in GBS. Oversee the creation and maintenance of related policies, regulations, and end-to-end process ownership and system implementation
- Manage HR activities in Hungary and Slovakia, including HR administration, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Lead process improvement and implement unified practices to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Provide financial leadership, focusing on process optimization and innovation (e.g., digitalization, automation)
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with business controls and regulations
- Higher education degree in Economy/Human Resources
- Minimum 10 years of HR and SSC experience, with strong financial knowledge
- Proficiency in SAP HR modules, MS Office, and integrated systems
- Fluent in Hungarian and business-level English; Slovak is a high advantage
- Demonstrated experience in (human) capacity allocation, optimization, and performance management of HRS teams
- Valid driver’s license
