• Responsible for the overall development planning, design, implementation and operation management of the Human Resources Shared Service Center (HRSSC), and building a service system;
• Responsible for designing and integrating the core business processes of SSC, and establishing unified service processes and operating specifications. Regularly adjust and optimize the process to ensure the normal operation of the supervision process;
• Responsible for monitoring the operation and service quality of the HR Shared Service Center, regularly forming operational diagnosis reports and proposing optimization plans;
• Building and improving the human resources information system, Promote the platformization, systematization and digital construction of SSC business;

•  Undergraduate degree or above in unified recruitment;
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources management, familiar with the HR SSC work model, and those with HRSSC work experience in large enterprises Priority is given;
•  Have strong communication and coordination, data analysis and emergency response capabilities, and have good judgment and insight.
