This organisation is looking to uplift the HR function across it’s global footprint using their HR Technology suite to inform the organisations Leadership on databased recommendations. As the Head of HR Operations you will have experience of Workforce Management, ideally some Krono’s exposure, payroll, HRIS, recruitment software to name a few.
- Develop and implement global shared services strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the overall business objectives of the organisation.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of shared services to internal clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organisation.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and manage a team of shared services professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as required.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to shared services operations
- Partner with the wider HR function to develop, drive and scale People practices and procedures. Design and review company policies and People-related procedures.
- Own the HR System and ensure that it is fully and efficiently utilised, working with the HR System Analyst to understand how to extract and interpret data and support senior colleagues in turning this people data into commercially focused HR plans.
- Manage and continually improve HR processes across the whole of the employee lifecycle and overseeing annual processes such as appraisals and pay reviews.
- Work with the Chief People officer to inform during the budget setting process.
