I am currently working with one of the UK’s largest healthcare providers who are embarking on an exciting transformation journey, who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head of HR Operations to join their vibrant team.
This role is crucial in driving their shared services, process improvement, people data and people management to new heights. You will be spearheading the implementation of iTrent and helping to enhance data integrity to empower strategic data-driven decisions in the long-term. You will play a pivotal part in their growth by strengthening the HR function, so they are looking for someone who is resilient, can challenge, and is a strong leader and mentor.
- Hands-on experience with iTrent is a must
- Expertise in HR systems change, improvement & implementation
- Track record in HR process improvement
- Management experience is essential
- Background in HR shared services
