As Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading the Group HR Operations function based out of Kuala Lumpur, whilst supporting the entire business.
- Team management of a team based across locations
- Continuous improvement of HR processes, tailored to local markets
- Managing end to end HR operations such as compensation & benefits, onboarding and offboarding, payroll
- HR Reporting for the Head of Human Resources
- Partnering closely with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure you are meeting the needs of the business during a period of expansion
- Automation of HR processes where possible
We are looking for an experienced HR Shared Service/ Operations specialist with experience of working in a tech or fintech environment, that can manage ambiguity, establish frameworks and processes, and work at a fast pace in a high growth environment.
