  • Experience on EA (enterprise architecture) & In-house Applications Development are added advantages.
  • Total relevant experience: minimum 8 years in similar position.
  • Good experience in handling digital transformation in a medium to large scale organization is a good advantage.
  • Experience across several distributed technologies, with good analytical skills to improve the situation.
  • Good interpersonal & leadership interaction skills, focus on results as well as the best way to achieve them.
  • Service Oriented mentality is a must.
  • Able to handle conflict & resolving them, in a complex / matrix organization.
  • Able to plan & execute work plans, roadmap, etc to ensure highest quality of delivery in a Shared Services environment.
