As head of internal sales at Fenner Dunlop Conveyor Belting, you are the driving force behind our internal sales processes. You lead a team of support professionals and supervise our orders from quotation to delivery. Your expertise and leadership ensure that the department operates smoothly and customer questions result in a positive experience.
- Carrying out sales support processes according to procedure for maximum efficiency.
- Continuously ensure a professionally operating sales support department.
- Handling requests from (potential) customers and agents carefully and adequately.
- Actively promoting our products and reporting findings and progress.
- Negotiate prices and conditions within the established policy.
- Periodically preparing reports with sales results and approving orders, offers, etc. on a daily basis.
- Advising on responsible stock levels and current product range.
- Supporting and motivating your team, providing feedback and aiming for the right results.
- Has an HBO diploma in a commercial field;
- Have at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a similar role as an operational manager in a commercial environment.
- Have experience in managing a team, recording procedures and optimizing processes;
- Has excellent communication skills and speaks French and German in addition to Dutch and English.
- You live in Drachten or the nearby area.
- As a person you are people-oriented, driven, positive and convincing. In addition, you have an eye for detail and can maintain an overview within a dynamic environment.
