The Head of the IS Functional Technology Services oversees all technology solutions and services that enable business value delivered by ABB Corporate Functions specifically Finance, HR, Legal & Integrity and Sustainability (the customers). This includes managing shared ERP services and systems provided to both ABB Corporate Functions and the broader business.

• Co-creates the digitalization strategy for Core ABB functions and processes.
• Management of a large part of ABB IS organization, requiring excellent stakeholder management skills both internally and externally, considering different levels and perspectives.
• Accountable for delivering IS Services to customers and consumers (End-Users) within agreed budgets and specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality and scope of the services.
• Adherence to ABB Governance, Risk, Compliance and Security
• Establishing strong and effective relationships with IS Departments, strategic partners, vendors and customers
• New operating models, taking over and embedding end to end accountability and winning the trust of the key customers and the people that work in IS.
• Manage multiple, integrated vendor relationships

• 15+ years of relevant experience within global environments, including minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IS/IT leadership role connected to technology services added advantage would be shared service experience.
• Experience in end-to-end Service Delivery, thorough understanding of industry Service Management standards
• Strategic leadership and ability to manage cross functional stakefunholders
• Very strong customer value mindset
• Strategic and tactical thinking with operational experience required
• High EQ including empathy as well as a strong problem solver required
