Across the two business legs, HJHansen has a Shared Service Center, which consists of finance, HR and IT. At HumanTrust, we are currently looking for a Head of IT & Digital to run the IT department with a focus on development and motivated employees, so that HJHansen’s IT setup continues to be strong and future-proof.
- Overall responsibility for all IT in the group
- Personnel management of the IT team
- Development of IT strategies and policies
- Development and optimization of IT systems with a focus on digitalisation
- Budget responsibility for the IT function
- Ensuring a high level of data security
With you in your rucksack, you have experience from a previous position where you moved the IT operations. Therefore, you also have experience with IT project management, perhaps in the form of ERP implementation or similar. If you have also been a personnel manager, that is a big advantage.
