This central position as direct report to the CIO offers a lot of creative freedom to play a significant role in shaping the overall IT of Migros Bank. Your expertise allows you to take digital transformation to a new level as a visionary leader. With your foresight, you anticipate future technological developments and recognize connections with a focus on customer needs.
- Technical and personnel management of the IT Management Service division with around 30 employees to provide IT shared services
- Strategic development of the bank’s IT as well as active design of the transformation process as a member of the CIO leadership team
- Cross-departmental promotion and anchoring of operations management
- Development of provider management aligned with the IT strategy and representation of interests for the entire bank in internal and external committees
- Continuous increase in maturity in quality management and testing
- Further development and expansion of technology and lifecycle management as well as active promotion of IT innovations
- Education: Master’s degree (university, university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics
- Professional experience: 8 years of experience in management across two hierarchical levels in agile IT or project environment in computer science or business analysis
- Profound project management experience, partner management, design and requirements engineering, preferably in an agile environment
- Experience in operation, integration and development of software products, ideally in the field of financial services using different technologies
- Experience in transformation processes and organizational development, preferably in the IT environment
- Practical implementation experience with different process models such as Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile, DevOps and traditional methods such as waterfall
- Practical and methodical knowledge in IT architecture, service and software product management, operations, software development lifecycle automation and system engineering
- German (fluent)
- English (good knowledge)
