- Responsibility for the end-user services of the Elevion Group companies in Germany
- Disciplinary management and further development of the two teams “IT Service Desk” and “Onsite Services” with two team leaders and a total of 17 employees and 4 trainees
- Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented service desk and onsite service operations
- Ensuring fast and effective processing of IT requests in compliance with the specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Expansion and further development of IT service processes in accordance with ITIL as well as continuous improvement of service quality and thus increase in customer satisfaction
- Result-oriented collaboration with central IT units as well as customers and partners
- Assumption of process or project responsibility on a case-by-case basis
- Part of the IT management team in the Elevion Group’s Shared Service Center and active participation in shaping the Elevion Group IT strategy
- Entrepreneurial and personable leader with at least 5 years of disciplinary management responsibility for at least 7 employees
- Successfully completed degree in the field of IT or a comparable qualification with relevant experience
- Sound specialist knowledge in the area of planning, development and operation of IT services as well as broad knowledge of complex relationships within IT
- Proven experience in the further development of structures and processes according to ITIL
- Experience in handling and optimizing service management systems
- Willingness to travel (1-2x per month)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Independent, analytical and process-oriented working style
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
