• Personnel management and technical management of the IT Quality Assurance/CSV and IT standards teams
• Sparring partner for all IT departments and teams in the areas of project and portfolio management, IT risk/quality management and computer system validation (CSV)
• Development and further development of the IT shared service area as part of the IT strategy: technical requirements, required skills, information security requirements according to certified ISMS (ISO27001)
• Recording/coordinating requirements with the various stakeholders to optimally design the IT service portfolio
• Evaluation of new methodologies and applications in the IT shared service area, taking economic efficiency, quality and risks into account
• Planning and implementation of ICT projects
• Supervision of the person responsible for IT learner training

• Basic commercial or technical training related to computer science or high school diploma and comparable professional experience in the IT environment
• Further training in the field of computer science, business informatics or industrial engineering (University/FH, HF)
• Many years of experience in designing project and portfolio management in an IT environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT risk/quality management and computer system validation (CSV)
• Several years of professional experience in project management, experience in an agile project environment is an advantage

• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
