We are seeking a dynamic professional to establish and drive our IT Shared Services Unit. This critical role involves designing, implementing, and delivering IT services that align with the organization’s strategic goals while ensuring operational efficiency and digital transformation.
- Service Design & Architecture: Develop and implement robust service designs and architectures tailored to business needs.
- Service Delivery: Oversee seamless delivery of IT services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and exceptional quality.
- IT Strategy & Leadership: Work with the C-suite to align IT capabilities with business growth and success.
- Consolidation & Optimization: Consolidate IT services across the group, enhance service quality, and optimize costs.
- Digital Transformation: Spearhead transformation initiatives to future-proof the organization.
- Proven expertise in Service Design, Service Architecture, and Service Delivery domains.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science (ITIL, TOGAF certifications preferred).
- 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within IT.
- Advanced knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL), digital transformation, and cost optimization strategies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
