KONE’s ambition for growth, scalability and productivity calls for a strong contribution from KONE Business Services (KBS). Success in this role is defined by making a difference in productivity, efficiency, driving positive Lean User Experience (UX) and scalable deployment of improvements defined by KONE Global Process Owner (GPO) and E2E process teams. The ultimate purpose of this role is to contribute to the success of KONE Business in growth, profitability, and scalability.
- Driving adoption of standard processes together with the E2E process leaders
- Ensuring a thorough intake process and deviation management with the Transition Management leaders
- Ensuring operational excellence in service delivery with KBS Leaders for Europe, Americas, and China
- Leading the E2E Service Management within the region/area and driving value adding services to the business.
- Driving best possible delivery performance within KBS delivery centers and efficient collaboration.
- Responsible for delivery centers of service within the region/area (captive and external partners) in matrix with E2E
- Driving the deployment of process excellence based on the agenda defined by Global / E2E process operations. Considering the region/area targets and engaging the teams for continuous improvement.
- Building right capabilities and competences that are aligned with joint targets set by E2E process operations.
- Be the voice of the region/area by partnering the APM leadership team, country management team, other KBS teams and stakeholders to ensure best in class services and processes.
- Should have at least 15 years of experience in a MNC environment and at least 5 years in a shared service set up of similar capacity.
- An empowering people leader with commercial understanding and who can engage the entire KBS APM team to drive Lean ways of working and continuous process improvements.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with business leaders across KONE APM.
- Ability to understand and translate business needs to KBS offering.
- Active listening and partnering with Business to drive values that are aligned with KBS strategy, objectives, and process excellence goal.
- Engaging leader who will take time to pro-actively engage the team and external partners to contribute towards desired E2E outcome by linking concrete activity and business benefit in a meaningful way.
- Excellent collaboration skills in a matrix and multifunctional environment and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to identify priorities, make clear and robust guidelines and make plans happen with the needed follow-up.
