As Head of Master Data Governance, you will drive global harmonization of master data processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency across the organization. Collaborating with stakeholders across functions and regions, you will design, implement, and sustain governance frameworks that enable seamless operations and support our mission of delivering life-saving therapies.

• Global Master Data Processes: Lead the standardization and implementation of master data processes (CRUD: Create, Read, Update, Delete/Block) for key domains such as Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.
• Process Ownership and Community Building: Define roles and responsibilities to create a collaborative process community with clear accountability.
• Data Quality Assurance: Enforce standardized data entry and maintenance procedures to enhance accuracy and reduce errors across the organization.
• Transformation and ERP Alignment: Ensure processes align with S/4HANA requirements, supporting a seamless ERP migration.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize master data processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy.
• Collaboration and Training: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, deliver training programs, and foster process adoption across functions.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.

• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in master data management with expertise in SAP MDG and deep knowledge of key data domains.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP transformations and building cross-cultural teams in a GBS environment.
• Strong skills in process design, optimization, and governance, with experience implementing standardized workflows and scalable solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and the ability to align master data processes with technical and business requirements.
• Expertise in data governance principles, process performance metrics, and change management to drive adoption and ensure compliance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage diverse teams and influence at all organizational levels.
