- Leadership: Steer the Membership Team at Newlab BK, optimizing engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
- Financial Acumen: Own the Membership P/L, balancing aspirational growth with ingenious cost management.
- Services & Experience: Drive the shared services portfolio, and guarantee an unparalleled end-to-end membership experience.
- Infrastructure: Foster relationships with Brooklyn Navy Yard, championing developments in infrastructure and space utilization.
- Mentorship: Engage deeply with member startups, guiding them to harness the full potential of the Newlab ecosystem.
