The client is a prominent nonprofit healthcare provider with an extensive network of medical centers, outpatient clinics, and health-related services. With a regional presence, they are dedicated to offering comprehensive, high-quality care across various specialties, including acute care, wellness, and rehabilitation.
- Lead a team focused on developing an OE and Innovation ecosystem within the Manila Center.
- Drive the development of a cross-functional governance model and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to enhance process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the development and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with global counterparts on various technology platforms, including Azure, Cloud-based technologies, Process Mining, and Microsoft Power Tools.
- Extensive leadership experience in OE and team management in a GBS environment.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, with certifications in one or more of these areas.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of Solutions Architects or Developers to align with global counterparts and process improvements.
