- Responsibility for proper and punctual payroll as well as all HR administrative processes in accordance with the applicable internal, collective bargaining agreements, labor, wage tax and social security regulations
- Leading the HR Shared Services team with the aim of continuously improving the service we provide to internal customers
- Support and processing of employment law issues
- Optimization, standardization and further development of personnel systems to support the shared service structure in the HR area
- Ensuring data quality in the HR systems as well as participation in various HR projects
- Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on human resources management or labor law
- at least 8-10 years of sound professional experience in the HR field, including at least 5 years as a manager
- In-depth knowledge of payroll accounting, HR administration processes and very good knowledge of labor law
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as DPW/Sage knowledge
- High communication skills, leadership skills and decision-making skills combined with a structured way of working and a team player mentality
