• Management, organisation and continuous development of the Shared Service Centre Payroll Germany
• Ensuring timely, legally compliant and efficient payroll accounting via SAP HCM
• Process and system-related further development of the payroll area as well as drivers of digitalization, automation and optimization of all pay-related processes
• Advice and holistic support for employees and managers in all accounting-related matters
• Participation in global HR and payroll projects
• Accompanying social security and income tax audits as well as annual financial statements and internal audits

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on HR and/or completed commercial training with further qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting as well as initial management experience
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP Customizing
• In-depth understanding of payroll topics and processes
• Initial experience in the development and implementation of change and optimization processes is desirable
• High (HR)-IT affinity
• Communication skills, proactive working style, independence and a strong focus on design and implementation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
