As Head of Payroll, you and your team in the Shared Service Center ensure that all of our employees receive their salaries on time. At the same time, you will lead and develop the payroll team and continuously optimize all payroll-related processes.

In this role you live our hybrid model “Traveller”. You will be on site two days a week, the other days you can work remotely.
- As Head of Payroll, you lead our payroll team at the Unterföhring location and continuously develop it further
- You are responsible for the ongoing optimization, digitization and automation of all fee-related processes and always keep an eye on our customers, KPIs and service level agreements
- You are a competent contact person for your employees as well as for our internal interfaces and customers in social security and income tax law issues as well as in registration and certification
- Together with your team, you ensure legally compliant, timely and efficient payroll accounting, including time management in SAP HCM, for a growing number of ProSiebenSat.1 Group subsidiaries
- You ensure the ICS processes and all compliance requirements in your own area of responsibility and accompany wage tax and SV audits
- Various projects and special topics round off your complex area of responsibility, such as managing and coordinating the integration of other subsidiaries
- You have several years of professional and managerial experience in payroll accounting, ideally in the context of shared services
- You were able to acquire your well-founded specialist knowledge of wage tax and social security law in large, complex corporate environments
- You have very good knowledge of SAP HCM, especially in payroll accounting and time management
- Your communication skills, proactive way of working and independence characterize you as well as your pronounced design and implementation orientation
- You enjoy changes and have already been able to actively accompany them in the past and implement them positively
