Manage the quality of service in payroll and personnel.

• Manage payroll processes from start to finish for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll tax requirements, social security regulations and statutory deductions.
• Understanding of global payroll processes.
• Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures and controls to maintain data integrity and mitigate risks.
• Develop action plans, provide guidance and mentoring to team members, foster talent development, and host career path meetings with team members.
• Keep up to date with payroll regulations, tax laws and labor legislation in the Region.

• Bachelor’s degree or related degree
• Global payroll experience
• knowledge of payroll regulations, laws, and taxes in other countries
• Experience managing work teams, leadership, effective communication
• Advanced English.
