Our client is seeking a new Head of Payroll Processing who will be responsible for leading a payroll team is a fast-paced environment. You will be reporting to the Head of Shared Services Center.

• To manage the day to day running of the payroll department which includes weekly and monthly payroll runs. Provide leadership, direction and coaching to the Payroll Team
• You are responsible for ensuring team members receive adequate training regarding payroll systems and processes
• Lead Tax Year End activities for all payrolls
• Lead and coordinates the company employee share schemes across Ireland & UK, including SAYE and LTIP
• Project manage payroll related projects including implementing new legalisation requirements.
• Manage and coordinate Audit requests
• Manage and implement business Acquisitions as well new property openings in Ireland, UK and Europe
• Analysis current KPI’s and report on current trends to senior management
• Establish clear and consistent channels of communications with both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with these stakeholders on payroll related tasks and projects

• Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or Finance or Payroll Technician qualification (IPASS /CIPP) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years Ireland / UK professional payroll experience – EMEA would be an advantage
• Demonstrates expertise using payroll systems- Megapay experiences a distinct advantage
• Strong knowledge of Ireland & UK payroll legislations ensuring company compliance
• Experience of auditing and reconciling payrolls
• Ability to manage multiple projects successfully and simultaneously
• Previous experience in company mergers and acquisitions is an advantage
