Are you motivated by creating impactful business partnering through people data and analytics leading to fact-based insights and decisions? In Group Function Global Operations (GFGO) we are passionate about simplification with a vision to drastically improve Customer and Employee Journeys.

We are looking for a Head of People Analytics to partner and build an effective and strategic workforce planning process together with GFPL People Analytics & Digital Solutions organization and guide the business and people team with impactful conclusions on people data.

This role will report to Head of Global Shared Service Center and have a team of great reporting, analytics and automation handful people to serve global stakeholder presence across 180 countries. This position will also work with SME in different market and business area at Ericsson.

We are passionate about our digital transformation, improving our use of predictive analytics, machine learning, and other new technologies. Providing insights to our leaders enabling fact-based decisions, encouraging speedy execution, and collaboration with others is our top priority.

  • Proactively support our People Functions providing insights and reports to address business challenges.
  • Build a model for how to create an effective workforce planning process and methodology, closely connected to business strategy and priorities as well as the financial plans. In this work you will collaborate with people function leaders and subject matter expert across all functional units to find an effective and holistic approach to workforce planning.
  • Actively recognize emerging trends, challenges and business needs. Provide creative solutions to be applied wherever necessary by designing and developing analytical solutions or research to help inform data led decisions.
  • Work in very close collaboration with the full Group Function People Organization team of Subject Matter Experts and People Business Partners to form cross functional work groups and projects, to deliver impactful solutions to business needs.
  • Use your own creativity to build engaging data visualization and tell a narrative
  • Collaborate and learn from other People Analytics experts across the wider organization.
  • Work with all areas of the People function (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Total Rewards) and help them bring together information to support their work.
  • Strong ability to utilize data and analytics and effectively set strategies, draw conclusions and insights to business and people stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, curious, proactive approach and genuinely passionate about people data and how it can be utilized to tackle business challenges.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills as well as executive presence; ability to confidently collaborate across the organization including Ericsson Executives
  • Great leadership style, who promotes cohesive, learning and appreciative culture. Foster team to achieve greater impact with challenging mindset.
  • A working style that is flexible, accountable, creative, and compliments a dynamic collaborative environment.
  • Confidence and previous experience with excel and writing formulas, in addition to using data discovery tools like PowerBI and Tableau to craft reports, dashboards and analyses.
