As Head of People Services, you will play a key role in the transformation of our HR landscape by building up our Germany-wide shared services. In this role, you will report directly to the Global Director Human Resources.

• Leading and developing a committed team
• Working closely with key people from various business areas to revolutionize our HR, time tracking and payroll processes
• Standardize services to ensure efficiency, data quality and compliance across the enterprise
• Building relationships and regularly gathering feedback to continuously improve processes and adapt them to the needs of the company
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and data protection regulations
• Use your strong analytical skills to capture and interpret relevant KPIs and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes

• A successfully completed degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management or business administration
• At least 5 years of management experience in the HR service area and sound knowledge in the design of transformation projects and process optimization
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems, especially HCM systems, and digital competence
• Experience in leading teams across cultural boundaries and excellent stakeholder management
• Fluent German and English skills as well as a high level of analytical skills
