IAG GBS is seeking an accomplished professional for the Head of Performance Metrics and Insights. As a senior team member, your primary role will be to design strategic plans and establish performance metrics that drive productivity, enhance TCO, and promote a compelling portfolio of optimisation initiatives governance. This role will see you work across the finance team understanding and connecting different performance dashboard under one to create a single clear picture.
- This role will see you develop, implement, and track organisational productivity and performance metrics. You will engage in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) studies and execute methods for improvement. Oversee the portfolio of optimisation and saving initiatives, including tracking expected benefits, status, and materialised outcomes.
- Create detailed reports and insights on performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring transparency and promoting collaboration. Present at senior management meetings ensuring engagement and understanding across the board.
As the successful candidate you will have an extensive level of experience in a complex IT/Service organisation, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. Strong experience and understanding of intercompany recharges within a large, complex organisation (+1000 FTEs). Extensive knowledge and expertise in creating, implementing, and tracking performance and productivity metrics.
You will have a strong understanding and experience in TCO studies and portfolio governance. Proven ability to lead successful cross-functional projects and initiatives. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of dealing with high-level stakeholders and managing their expectations effectively. Superior presentation skills with experience presenting complex data and insights to various audiences, including senior executives. Strategic and analytical mindset, proficient in data analysis and interpretation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred but not essential an advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Experience in building analytical dashboards using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlick. Experience operating in Agile environments, ideally as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
