• Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Monitoring product performance and leveraging data to inform decision-making and future improvements.
• Staying informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on fintech.
• Proven track record of leading product teams and launching successful products in the financial services or fintech industry.
• Experience managing products that serve multiple internal or external stakeholders (shared services experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of customer needs, product design, and development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the fintech landscape in Indonesia.
