As the Head of Record to Report, you will report directly to the Head of GSS Europe and will be leading the team responsible for managing the end-to-end process involving the financial cycle within the organization.
- Overseeing the preparation and execution of timely and accurate service deliverables (EMEA & Global scope), ensuring compliance with IFRS and other relevant regulations & standards while reinforcing the consistency throughout the process with the Shared service center SLAs
- Managing the month-end-closing/year-end-closing process, coordinating activities across departments, ensuring deadlines are met and financial results are accurately reported and recorded
- Setting clear performance objectives for the R2R team, monitoring progress, and driving high performance based on key finance metrics and reporting
- Leading and supporting initiatives to automate & standardized R2R processes, leveraging technology and innovation to optimize process efficiency and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Compliance teams, to address issues, provide insights, and support decision-making, establishing an effective governance that enables transparent and clear bilateral communication

What we expect from you in terms of
Education & Skills
- A master’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management or similar
Languages
- English – Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered as an asset
