Reporting into the Director of Shared Services, you will be leading the Record of Report core finance process and team, providing day-to-day administrative and technical supervision to a team of professional Record to Report accountants and clerical colleagues.
- Owning and developing a standardised, simplified and automated Record to Report process for all Survitec business functions and entities
- Ensuring the company complies with regulations and good financial practice
- Developing and communicating a compelling vision of one global, streamlined Record to Report process and the benefits this brings
- Identifying and developing convergence paths to rationalise processes from multi-platform basis onto a single, optimised shared services platform
- Leading the integration work needed to on-board all Survitec entities into the shared services Report to Record model
- Leading, managing and motivating the Report to Record team to deliver exceptional internal customer service, meeting
- Making sure all KPIs are met and observing the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Uses performance measures to drive delivery and continuous process improvement
- Supporting the Head of Shared Services to deliver an effective Shared Services strategy, aligned to delivery of Survitec business strategy and values
- Experience operating at a senior level within a large private organisation such as an accomplished Financial Controller
- People management experience, supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results
- Drive to make improvements
- Confident in presenting and operating at a very senior level
- Fully qualified chartered accountant
- Educated to University degree level, and qualified in CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
