Our client is a multinational insurance player that is listed on the Singapore Exchange with a huge presence in the Asia market. There are multiple entities in Singapore and they are looking to expand its regional IT development and shared services arm across various locations including Singapore to support the Asia Pacific region. With technology and innovation being tied closely to the growth of the brand, they are looking for a new Head of Recruitment to assist in its expansion of operations.
- Building and leading a recruitment team with a key specialization in technology related roles as a start, and as the business expands into a regional shared services that provides other support, the team would then look into other operational roles in the insurance space
- Be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, processes and policies to ensure that it supports the growth and scalability of the business, and the business is able to attract and retain top technology talents in the market
- Lead and guide a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality services to the internal stakeholders
- Developing strong internal stakeholder relationships to understand business requirements
- Designing, developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition solutions through various channels online & offline
- Hands-on in senior leadership hires
- Have prior track record in technology hiring, and have the capability in managing and building a team
- Candidates with experience in a new setup, scale up business is an added advantage
- Candidates with prior experience in the insurance industry would be a bonus
- Tech-savvy and able to design and develop strategies and processes
