Our newly established Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to all EY operations across the CESA region (29 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help to streamline regional and global functions, identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.

We are currently seeking to hire into our regional structures – Head of Regional Shared Service Center based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

As a Leader of RSS, you will be part of a Regional CESA high-performing operation with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping Operations deliver end to end process standardization, improvement and holistic ownership of legacy, new designed ERP, and should be processes. The role will assume holistic oversight or the RSS Operations, from setting the strategic direction through process improvements to people management.

People Management

• Leading and inspiring the team to achieve the stated objectives and services within SLA.
• Empowering individuals to take responsibility for service outcomes.
• Retaining and nurturing a strong culture within the office.
• Building a strong leadership team within the office.

Operational Management and Reporting

• Providing firm leadership with operational and financial management reports.
• Understanding all SLAs and acting on areas that need general manager input.
• Developing and presenting key metrics and reporting to the Steering Committee.
• Reviewing systems, processes and controls to ensure optimum efficiency and security is maintained.
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s procedures and policies.
• Ensuring the work environment is fit for purpose for all employees and in line with EY’s global standards.
• Responsibility for the office Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Building strong alignment with the broader CESA Operations community, Steering Committee, Regional Process Owners and EY Senior Leadership.

Transitions

• Direct oversight of the Transition Manager and transitions of services into the center.
• Acting as the primary escalation point for all shared services issues.
• Promoting an environment focused on continuous improvement in relation to process efficiencies and customer service.

• Ability to translate business/industry requirements/objectives into efficient processes is a must
• PMO/Programme Management Leader is a plus
