We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded individual to join us as the Head of SAP Purchase to Pay Solutions. - Lead, manage, and develop our global SAP P2P team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee the delivery of our P2P global template and drive related initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage P2P operational service and support in the production environment, ensuring seamless functionality and uptime.
- Define and execute the global P2P solution strategy and roadmap, driving efficiency and cost reduction through innovation and automation.
- Collaborate closely with other SAP functional areas, e.g. Finance, O2C, to ensure cohesive alignment and integration.
- Manage full lifecycle of new P2P IT enterprise projects and initiatives, from conception to implementation.
- Continuously improve IT delivery, operations, and efficiencies in the P2P arena, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
- At least bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of proven hands-on SAP functional experience in large global organizations, with proficiency in implementing P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT leadership and line management role within SAP P2P.
- Experience in master data management/governance, with a comprehensive understanding of the wider PTP ecosystem and connected modules.
- Ability to quickly assimilate a working knowledge of SAP applications within a multinational organization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving results in a complex, global environment.
- Hands-on mentality with fluency in both German and English languages.
