Our client is an international organization with a global presence. We are supporting them in recruiting an experienced Head of Shared Service Center to lead their mid-sized, multi-functional shared services hub, employing several hundred professionals.
- Driving the strategic direction of the shared service center to ensure alignment with global organizational goals.
- Overseeing the delivery of services across multiple functions with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Leading and developing a diverse team to achieve high levels of engagement and performance.
- Building strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders to ensure the center meets evolving business needs.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and implementing digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing a shared services or global business services operation, preferably with multi-functional scope.
- A track record of leading teams of at least 200 employees within an international, matrixed organization.
- Expertise in shared services processes and technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute operational improvements effectively.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
